Flowers are an important pssrt of
any wedding.
Fresh flowers can hig t an
elegant gown and brighom ftp a
beautiful bride.
When choosing flowers for a
wedding party, it's important to
know the colour of the
bridesmaids' dresses before
visiting a florist. •
"Bring in a swatch of the
bridesmaids' dress," advises lean
Wolfe of Flower Magic in
Scaforth. A photograph also
helps.
"A picture of the bridesmaids'
and bride's dress is good. A
picture is worth a thousand
words," says Steve Hildebrand of
Hildebrand Flowers '& Gifts of
Seaforth.
The extent of the role of flowers
in your wedding really depends
on the size of your wedding and
you budget, says Wolfe.
• "Have a budget in mind and
book well in advance,' says
Hildebrand.
'it's best to book at feast two
months in !ION once or earlier,"
says Wolfe.
Flowers can be placed at the
front of the church and flowers
and bows can decorate pews. At
the reception, the bead table can
be decorated with •flowets or
floral cetitrepiecvs can be placed
at all tables. It. really depends on
how much couples or families are
willing to spend.
Although based is Seaforth,
Flower Magic will go as far as
Kitchener to deliver flowers if it's
a big wedding. _
.1f you're having %rouble
deciding what, would suit your
needs, your florist can offer
