and care for them. about -their
worries and fears, is a way of
relieving stress. Relaxation is
another •way to lessen stress
and using music and imagery
and deep breathing the kids
experienced a lovely way to
unwind. Of dowse physical
activity docs a big thing for
. lowering the ole stress level
and Mrs. Bennett led the kids
through some tun exercises
and making, a game of it as
-well.
Mrs. Scott's room was the
place. to -be td learn about
having a healthy breakfast.
They talked about it, played
Bingo about it and even drew
pictures of what the kids had
for breakfast that naming. I•

Mrs. Vivian had the outdoor

races, three-legged races and
had fun as they got into shape
outside in the snow. They
celebrated all that geeing into
shape by coming in and hav-
ing hot chocolate with marsh-
mallows.
In Mrs. Vanda loop's room
the kids did the "color of
healthy living". Tbey-aaade a
rainbow. acrostic that spelled.

took part as a family get
together put on•by the Walton
School and Community par-
ent support group. They had
32 tamilhes registered and
around 125 people showed
up on Sat. There were fires
going in the pits with adults

"1t Only Takes A Spark" with
Doug Klopp.as organist. Rev.
Peebles had a special story
for the children. "Joyful.
Joyful. We Adore Thee" was
sung. --The official board was
inducted Thanks were
expressed to Hilda Payne for
her work with the junior
choir. The ushers were Dan
Crerar and Darryl Preszcator
with Barh Ciackstetter look-
ing after the elevator. Hilda
Payne was the greeter.

bound, Anne Leeper per-
formed sonic wonderful

Vandermeer and Mabel
Harvey. Our sympathy is
