slightly, before I sign my
name, I should like to ask, in
this open forum, some ques-
tions of Town Council, the
Town Clerk and anyone con-
nected with lanning pro-
cedure in our r" town.
Who, an how many
among you, lives in, or owns,
a house on a through lot?
(One with a well travelled
street at front and rear)?
Where, in the town of
Seaforth, do such lots exist?
How many?
What, in view of the likely
answers to the above ques-
tions, gives you people the
right to change established
properties, fronting on North
Main Street, into through
lots, with attendant zoning
restrictions and undesirable
problems? Worse, this is
being done by virtue of your
acceptance of a plan on adja-
cent undeveloped land to the
benefit of a third party. I
might add that Council has
had two opportunities to
erase that problem and that
you still have the power to
effect change.
Yours truly,
W. George Ring
