Dr. Shawn Edwards. The
Seaforth Medical Clinic is
holding its flu and pneumo-
nia vaccine clinic this
Thursday and Friday from
8:30 a.m. to 12 noon. Shots
will also be available for the
entire month of October. If
it's your first time getting a
shot, you should make an
appointment with your doc-
tor. The influenza vaccine is
provided free of charge to
seniors, residents and staff
of nursing homes and
homes of the aged, adults
and children with chronic
cardiac or pulmonary disor-
ders, diabetes or other
metabolic diseases; and
children and adolescents
treated for long periods with
acetylsalicylic -acid. For all
others, it's $8.50 per injec-
tion.
