candidate will -be responsible to organize: ,
i) the Family Literacy Festival in the Spring of 1997; and
ii) a volunteer training program addressing literacy and
numeracy in Huron County. -
T -he successful candidate will have the ability to work well
with both children and adults, possess strong organization
•and coordination skills and be familiar with the use of
technology for both communication and learning purposes.
Please note that this is a contract position for the term
specified above. -

year, after a courageous battle at
Seaforth Community Hospital.
Beloved husband of Mary
(McLaughlin) who he married on
September 19th, 1953 Dearly
loved by his daughter. Cheryl Ann
and her husband Troy St. Onge of

Mane Johnston of Seaforth
Predeceased by his mother and
father. Tom and Tellestlle (Hudie)

father-in-law, Peter and Anna
(Manley) McLaughlin and brother-
in-law Harry Johnston Junior was
a retired but long time employee of
Ault Foods (Stacey Bros ) +n

was held at the Whitney-Ribey
Funeral Home, Seaforth on
Tuesday. September 17. 1996 from
2-4 p m. and 7-9 p m. Mass of the
Christian burial was held today
(Wed) September 18, 1996 at St.
James Roman Catholic Church at
1100 a.m. Fr Joseph Hardy
officiated. Interment St. James
Roman Catholic Cemetery.

Johnston. Bruce Wilbee, Doug
Smale. Campbell Wey, Ken Smith,
George Henderson. Flower bearers
were Robert Johnston, Shane
