PLENTY OF BEEF - Kevin Williamson, left, and his father Ron, right, of Seaforth, had one
of the hottest jobs on Saturday as they .cooked 1,000 pounds of beef, 800 pounds of
beans. and iron pots full of corn. Originally 1,000 people were expected for the Saturday
supper but 1;700 ended up feasting. Here, Kevin takes the temperature of the beef.

MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT - Bob Burchill, of Shamrock Farm, Hibbert, entertained
throughout the weekend playing guitar and fiddle and singing old folk songs and Irish
tunes for the crowds.
