Provincial police have a busy week
A camera worth about $200
was stolen from an unlocked
car at the Mac's Milk Store in
Seaforth fast Wednesday.
Provincial police at
Goderich report many other_
occurrences in the area last
week, including a couple of
break and enters in both
Clinton and Bayfield, and
another big one at the
Zehrs/Wall Mart plaza near
Goderich. •
There was also a drug bust
in Goderich Township,
among other incidents.
Last Thursday, OPP say a
main door was forced, caus-
ing estimated damage of
$2,000, at the Shell gas bar in
the Goderich plaza.
"Once inside, six inches of
concrete, which surrounded
the steel safe secured in the
floor, was smashed away,"
the OPP press release. states.
"The steel lid was eventually
pried and $1,744 in cash was
stolen, including a $50 old-
style note with the RCMP
musical ride picture on the
back."
CLINTON THEFTS
in Clinton,. police report a
break and -enter Friday at
-Clinton Dry Cleaners on
Beech Street where an office
desk and file cabinet were
opened with a total of $1,365
stolen.($1,300 in cash and
cheques and $465 in rolled
change). The front door of
Weurth Shoes.on Albert St.
was damaged $200 when it
was forced sometime last
Wednesday, and a pair of
desert hoots and change was
stolen:
Mischief on Beech St.
Thursday also caused an esti-
mated $170 damage to seven
window screens and frames
at St. Joseph's Catholic.
School in Clinton.
At Bayficld'Friday, police"
report $30,000 in industrial,
pneumatic and hand tools
were stolen after a roll -up
door was pried, causing an
estimated $500 in damage, to
the storage facility of
Cornerstone Construction.

chain with blue pearl in a
basket charm pendant, 12-
inch gold chain with birth-
stone charm, gold horseshoe
charm, gold pendant keener.

April 12. A 59 -year-old man
and 49 -year-old woman, both
residing at the location
according to the warrant,
were charged with cultivation
of marijuana and possession
of a narcotic for the purposes
of trafficking.
