I have lost my soul's companion, A life linked with my own, And day by day I miss her more, As i walk through life alone. Dear Lord, please take a message to our father up above, Tell him that we miss him and. give him all our love. If we could have one wish today and know it would come true, We'd telephone to Heaven, Dad, and ask to speak to you. Your smile is gone forever and your hands we cannot touch, So Lord, if there are roses in Heaven, please pick a bunch with care, Place them in Dad's arms and tell him that we care. His memory is our keepsake with which we'll never part, God has him in His keeping, we have him in our hearts. Nothing could be more beautiful than the memories we have of you, ' To us you were someone special, God must have thought so too. They say that time heals everything, but we know that isn't 50, Because it hurts as much today as it did seventeen years ago, So those who have a father,, love him while you may, . For how we wish with all our hearts that we had ours today. We love and miss you Dad and will always treasure your memory....Love: your wife Margaret, your children - Mary and Danny, Marg and Kevin, Connie and Mike, Ken and Margie, Ed, Ted and Leanne, Wilma and Rich, Rosie and Mike, Linda and Andrew, Steve, and all of your 25 grandchildren. 46-07x1 (47.
