MITCHELL FAMILY DOCTORS ANNOUNCEMENT
, Mitchell Family Doctors will be implementing the following changes as of Feb. 1, 1996:
1) Emergency on-call service will be provided Monday -Friday from 5 p.m. to. 9
p.m. After 9 p.m., all emergencies will be directed to the nearest Emergency
Department. .
2) Weekend and holiday on-call services will be provided from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.
Again, emergencies occurring at other times will be directed to 'the nearest
Emergency Department. _
3) We will be changing our status at Stratford General Hospital from "active"
privileges to "courtesy" privileges. What this means is that hospital in -patients
and persons presenting to the Emergency Department will not be attended to
by Mitchell Family Doctors but will be seen by the hospital on-call physician.
