Olive Papple welcomed everybody. Euchre was played. Prizes: high ladies, Eva McCartney; ladies' lone hands, Beatrice Stoll, Beulah McKay; ladies' low, Anonna Crozier. Men's high, Tom Kale; men's lone hands, Ross Gordon; men's low, Bob Argyle. Birthday closest to the 12th, Bob . McMillan. Edith Coleman read a poem. Bob McMillan thanked the Institute for inviting the guests. The Institute had a short meeting after cards and ' donated $25 each for the three 4-H clubs in McKillop. Gifts will be given to the shut-ins next week. Next meeting is Jan. 9 at 1:30 pm. Fall session ends The fall session of the 36th Parliament of Ontario ended Friday.
