Waste bylaw
passed by
Hullett council
HulleU council passed a
bylaw authorizing the execution
of an agreement for the joint
management of the Blyth-Hul-
lett Waste Disposal Site at its
regular meeting Nov. 21.
Council also consented to a
severance at Lot 26, Conc. 6 of
the township. It was approved,
council minutes state: `subject
to consideration being given to
the apportionment of the Far-
quhar . Drainage Works for
future maintenance for the
severed lot and recommended
that the applicant be respon-
sible for costs associated with
the same, and further that the
3.03 acre property be zoned
AG -4, special provisions, no
livestock; and, remainder of
property be zoned AG -1,
special provision, no livestock."
At its regular meeting Nov.
7, Hullett Council approved
accounts for payment totalling
$78,057.08, made up of general
accounts of $54,936.58 and
road accounts of $23,120.50.
At that meeting council also
amended a zoning bylaws to
change the classification of part

restricted agriculture. (AG -2) to
agriculture small holding (AG -
4/3), and the classification of
part Lot 36, Conc. 12 from
