Council also consented to a severance at Lot 26, Conc. 6 of the township. It was approved, council minutes state: `subject to consideration being given to the apportionment of the Far- quhar . Drainage Works for future maintenance for the severed lot and recommended that the applicant be respon- sible for costs associated with the same, and further that the 3.03 acre property be zoned AG -4, special provisions, no livestock; and, remainder of property be zoned AG -1, special provision, no livestock."
