TENDERS CALL FOR QUOTATIONS APPRAISAL SERVICES FOR COUNTY OF HURON PROPERTIES The Council of the County of Huron at their meeting of April 27, 1995 declared the property and building, known as the County Library Headquarters, located at 66 Waterloo Street South (on the corner of Waterloo Street and Elgin Avenue) as surplus. The County hereby requests quotations for services for an appraisal of this property. In addition, the County is also interested in obtaining an appraisal of the market value of the Morris Tract. The appraisals are to be performed by members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada holding an AACI designation, who are qualified to appraise non-residential real estate, and have had previous experience with the type of properties described above. Quotation packages may be obtained in person from the Clerk -Administrator's Office at 57 Napier Street in Goderich, or by calling 524- 8394. DEATHS HOGGARTH, Lloyd Cheater. At Seaforth Community Hospital on June 17, 1995, Lloyd Chester Hoggarth in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth McEwen (Cluff). Dear lather of Philip of Seaforth, Mary and husband Dr. Michael Popovich of Rodney. Survived by sisters-in-law Ruth Cluff, Seaforth; Jean Aubrey, Thunder Bay; brother-in-law Tom Chuff, Toronto; step -sister Christina Souter of Seaforth and cousin Janet Cluff, Seaforth. Lloyd was a member of the Seaforth Branch #156 Royal Canadian Legion and lifetime member of the Seaforth Lions Club. He retired from the Seaforth Community Hospital in 1975. Friends were received at the Whitney-Ribey Funeral Home, Seaforth on Sunday, Juno 18, 1995 from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00- 9:00. A Legion Branch 156 service was held at 9 p.m. and a Seaforth Lions Club service at 9:30 p.m. A funeral service was held at the chapel on Monday, Juno 19 at 2:00 p.m. officiated by Rev. Bruce Cook. DEATHS f MACDONALD, Sarah 'Jane, of Morris Township died at the Rameloo Nursing Home on June 16, 1995. She was 100. Born in Morris Township on Jan. 19, 1895, Mrs. MacDonald was the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth (Wells) Watson. She married Peter Alexander MacDonald, who predeceased her in 1960. Mrs. MacDonald was a member of Duff's United Church in Walton. Mrs. MacDonald is survived by one daughter Vera (Mrs. Lorne Badley) of Blyth. Also surviving are grandchildren, Ken and Fran Badley of Mossbank, Saskat- chewan; Larry and Myrtle Badley of RR 1, Blyth; Rog Badloy of Brodhagen and his friend Lynne of Seaforth, and Pat and Harvey Bernard of RR 3, Walton. Eleven great grandchildren and one great - great granddaughter also survive her. Mrs. MacDonald was predeceased by one great- grandson in 1994, three brothers and one sister. A funeral service was held on Monday, June 19, at Beattie -Falconer Funeral Homes Tasker Chapel in Blyth with Rev. Randy Banks of Duff's United Church in Walton officiating. On Wednesday, June 14, 1995, in Belgium, due to heart failure, with his daughter, Jenny and son-in-law Bill, at his side. Survived by his daughters, Michele of Seaforth, Jenny and her husband Bill Bernhardt and their son Pierre, all of Waterloo. Predeceased by his wife, Carmen (nee Grimee), his parents and one brother. Ho was survived by his sister Lois Dinnin of Petrolia, two sons, Bruce (Susan), David (Rachollo), two daughters, Connie and Jane (Dave) Maberloy, four grandchildren, Luke, Mark, Austin and Cole. Bruce is predeceased by his wife Margaret, his sister Jean and parents. Bruce's life was filled with the enjoyment of old automobiles, aircraft and foremost, his family.
