4-H REPORT
BY JEREMY RYAN
On Saturday, May 20, the St.
Columban 4-H group, 4-H
Friends, had their sixth meet-
ing. At this meeting we were
outside for the whole meeting.
We started by dividing into
groups. Each group got petu-
nias to plant in the St.
Columban Church flower beds.
After we finished planting we
watered the plants. When our
leader got back from an errand
we each got a pop.

John Jewilt has witnessed first hand the strengths and shortcomings of the
educational system in Ontario. He also understands that the greatest threat
to the educational system is the debt of the province which has more than

efficient and responsible education in Ontario_
"Being acutely conscious of the rising costs of education, we can be
confident that John Jewitt will seek assurances that the Education
policies proposed by a Liberal Government are both Educationally
sound and fiscally responsible. As a former Municipal Councillor as
