Sat. May 13, 1995, Tommy
weighed 4 lbs. 14 ozs. at birth and
is almost 18" long. Born at St.
Joseph's Hospital, London he is

Helen Garrick of Seaforth and the
sixth grandchild for Joseph and
Glenna Vida of Port Colborne.

AUTHORS DAY AT WALTON - It was annual Authors Day at Watton Public School last
Wednesday. Students wrote a story then bound it in book form and the afternoon was spent
reading their handiwork. Cookies, tea and coffee were the order of the day after.

stock saw top quality Steers &
Heifers selling under pressure
$2 lower, with second cut
selling $3 lower. Cows sold
$1-2 higher. On thursday veal
sold steady. Lambs for fully
steady to last week. Friday the
grass cattle sold actively.

offer selling from $86 to $90
to the high of $102.00

destroyed as it was parked
with other farm equipment.
Scbringvillc OPP reported
that the farmer left the pickup
truck parked on the
Biddulph/Blanshard boundary
overnight last Tuesday night.
When he returned in the
morning, he discovered that
all the windows wcrc
smashed and fenders wcrc
dented with a heavy bar.
Total damage is estimated
at $4,000.

Sailor Down Under
O.S. Kevin Dick, of the
Canadian Navy, was recently in
San Diego and San Francisco
for two days in each post.
On Wednesday, May 10 he
left for Australia until August
4. He is currently stationed in
Victoria, British Columbia.
He may be home in the
Scaforth arca on August 23.
