Was It
Curiosity
That Killed
The Cat?
Have you ever wondered when your house was
built? Or who built it: .Or when that addition was put
on? Or where the old outhouse was located in the
backyard? Or what the first family that lived in your
house was like?
We may be able to help you answer some or all of
these questions when you attend the seminar on:
"RESEARCHING THE HISTORY OF
YOUR HOUSE"
on Tuesday, May 30th, 1995
at 7:30 p.m.
in the Seaforth Council Chambers
(upstairs at the Town Hall - 72 Main Street South)
Sponsored by the Seaforth Local Architectural
Conservation Advisory Committee (L.A.C.A.C.)
Historic Researcher Stephen Thorning will walk you
through the steps you need to take in order to fill in
the blanks in your house's past.
The seminar is open to anyone who is curious about
the history of their property.
Admission is FREE.
Please call Cathy Garrick
at the Town Hall, 527-0160, to register.
