DICK. The death °courted on Friday morning in St.' . joSeph's Hospital, London, of Mrs. Mary -Dick, relict of the late Gilbert Dick, aged 64 years. Mrs. Dick has been ailing for some time and was'finally taken to St. Joseph's Hospital for an operation, which ended in her death. Mrs. Dick lived in Kippen for 'a number of years and some 20 years ago moved to Hensel]. with her husband and family, and shortly after moving here Mr. Dick died.She is surviv- ed by two daughtera, Mrs. Andrews of Seaforth and Miss. Violetlat home and three sons, Roy of Watford, Wallace of. -Detroit and Herb at home. Interment took place in Hen - salt cemetery. ott IVeonday afternoon. Mrs. Maynard gave a very. interesting paper on "Institute Work in the Community" which contained many helpful suggestions along the • line of community activities. DEATH OF GOPIFBrIED MANGUS - Gottfried Mangus was .born nary 20th, 1846 at tidemark, .Ger- many, and departed this life Feb. 7 1925, aged 79 years and 18 days, at the home of his son-in-law and dau- ghter, Mr. and Mrs. M. Guenther, of Kitchener. Here he had a comfort - 'able home and tender ministry at the hands of his daughter, and family.' The departed came to. America in 1873 locating in East Crediton, Ste- phen, Tp,; where be resided during his entire life excepting the last five months. He was united in marriage to Fredericka Proechel. This union was blest with four sons and five daughters. One son and one daught- er died in infancy. His, beloved com- panion and another daughter, Mrs. Ball also predeceased him 8 years. Bro. M: began the Christian life when Rev, F. F. Meyer was pastor at Crediton. He joined the chutch being a faithful member until death. He is survived by three sons and three daughters, Louis, of Reciae, Wis. Frederick, of Detroit; Harry of B.
