KIDS
Once again Boys and Girls 14
years and under will gather at
the Seaforth Lions Park at the
crack of dawn to fish for the 350
stocked trout. The derby will be
held on Saturday, April 27, 1996
from 7:(X) am to 1:00 pm. Prizes
will be awarded, and
refreshments for the children
will be available. A food booth
will also be available for
everyone.

The Seaforth Recreation
Department will once again be
offering a Dog Obedience
Course for beginners and
itermediates. These courses will
make a stronger bond between
you and your pct. The course
will teach you how to heel, sit
stay your dog, down stay, about
turns, and stand stay. For more
information or registration please
call the Recreation Office at

On Sunday, •Sept.17,
people Canada wide will be on
the courses earning donations for
Cancer Research. Seaforth will
also be a part of this Nation
wide event. Participants will
register at the Seaforth and
District Community Centres any
time between 10:00 am and 1:00
pm they wander out on the
course. Pledge sheets will be
available in August at any
Seaforth Bank, the Post Office,
the Town Hall and the
Recreation Office. For further
information on the Terry Fox

SPORTS COUNCIL
BINGO
1995
The Seaforth Minor Sports
Council sponsors a weekly Bingo
at the Seaforth and District
Community Centres every
Monday evening beginning at
7:30 pm. All players must be 18
years of age to play. Total prizes
given away each night will be
$2,600.00. The jackpot is
$1,000.00 on the second and
fourth Mondays, and $750.00 on
all other Mondays. All proceeds
raised are for Minor Sports and
Community Projects. Watch for
the Monster Bingo during the
summer.
