"No matter where wanderers roam,
The loving roots and friendly ties
Will surely call them home."
It's words like this, that the
homecoming committee needs to
keep them inspired during their
anxiety attacks. Such celebrations
are not arranged successfully with-
out a great deal of financial cost.
Lack of money is a big concern at
the present time. If anyone would
like to help offset expenses
involved in the planning, it would
be greatly appreciated. Ken and
Lois Moore, RR 2 Seaforth will
accept any donations.

Green and yellow are the official
Homecoming Colours. Now is the
time to start stocking up green and
yellow Christmas tree bulbs and
balloons in preparation for house
decorating. While you are spring
cleaning, don't forget to keep out
the old clothes you have been sav-
ing to wear at a reunion.
Location of the committee room
has been changed. It is now next
door to the Bistro Restaurant (com-
pliments of B.I.A.). Opening May
3, temporary hours at present are
Wednesday and Friday (1-4 p.m.)
and Saturday (9 a.m. - 12.p.m.).
Volunteers are needed for the com-
mittee room. Call Bessie at the
Hobby Shop 527-2010. Souvenir
items will be available.
Chief of Police Hal Clause
attended the last meeting to give
some assistance regarding security,
crowd control and parking concerns.
Neil McGavin and Maureen Agar
have both been talking to Mr.
Plumsteel and he will be back for
the reunion. He is likely curious to
see how successful his students are
after a few 'trying' years at
Seaforth District High School with
them.
The High School Art Class is
getting involved with the festivities,
and will be painting store windows.
THE HURON EXPOSITOR, April 26, 1995-3
Maureen Wildfong is giving them
some direction.
The revised schedule of events
should be completed this week and
be available by the end of May.
There are still eight names on the
return mail fist. Check the Home-
coming News in the April 12 Huron
Expositor. Ken and Lois Moore are
still sending out invitations.
Carolanne Doig likened the
Homecoming planning to wedding
preparations. You never know until
the day how successful your
planning has been. Hopefully we'll
all live happily everter!
