The Hurondale Women's Institute
met on Tuesday, Dec. 30th at the
home of Mrs. W. F. Down, with a
large attendance present. A com-
mittee ,reported a Chrietmes Box
sent to the Children's Shelter, Gode-
rich. Asdeligation. was 4pointed to
the ratepayers of S. S. No. 1, Us -
borne, about continuing the music
lessons at that school. A concert
was discussed and a committee ap-
pointed to mm
make arrangements. The
topic Of the day was given by Miss
M. HortOn, on "Habits, and what
they lead to." An instrumental duet
was given by the Mises Olive and
Pearl Wood. A paper on "Com-
munity life in Northern Ontaria"
