Les Han was in Army Service
Corp. He joined in 1941 and went
overseas in 1943. He did workshops
in Italy. He transferred to France
and Holland in 1945. He presently
lives in Seaforth. He visited
England in June 1994.

Lloyd Hart joined in 1945 with
Essex Scottish. He was 17 years old
when he joined. He was wounded
in 1945 (bullet through leg). Pres-
ently lives in Waterloo.

MELVIN HART
Melvin joined in 1940 with
Queen's Own Rifle. He was 17
when he joined. He was injured in
a motorcycle accident and returned
home in 1943. He presently lives in
Walkerton.
Glenn Hildebrand
MAURICE HART
Joined in 1940, started with
Queen's Own Rifle. Went over on
D -Day. Served until end of the war.
Presently lives in Alberta.
HARTMAN HIUSSER
Hartman Hiusser, 91, served for
five years and four months from
June of 1941 until 1946.
The Seaforth resident trained in
Stratford, Niagara -on -the -Lake and
Camp Borden before heading over-
seas. He served with the Perth
Regiment.
He was a Private who was in
charge of a platoon for a long time.
He served in England and Scotland.
