The Partridges downed the Doves
7-0 to extend their first place lead
. in the St. James Bowling League on.
Monday, Oct. 31. Leading the
Partridges were Janice Moms
213,261-672; Connie Marion
231,231-635; and Arie Van Diepen
226,222-630. Top bowlers for the
Doves were Don Nolan 219-535

The Thursday Nighters'
Bowling League on November 3
saw some dynamite bowling on
the alleys at the Starlight Lanes.
There was Doug Procter's string
of six strikes to lead off the
third game and new bowlers
Stan Mailloux's score of 162
and Mary Wynja's score of 156.
The Falling Pins picked up
three points, while the Boozin
Brewers took four in a close
match -up between these two
teams. Doug Procter's 219, 329-
698 and Betty Coleman's 176
led the way for the Pins. The
Brewers saw Doug Leonhardt's
251,250-694; Trevor Price's
208, 279-629 and Nancy Sue
Thomson's 521 triple help out
for the team.
The Buds still managed to
stay on top by taking two games
and total pins over the Wolver-
ines. The Wolverines got some
excellent games from Mike
Thomson 214,204-616; Don
Brown 211,202 and Jason
Wheatley 177. Top bowlers for
the Buds were John Coleman
238, 277-691; Gary Bedard 213
and Patricia Schwarz 167.
The Wannabees keep sneaking
up closer to the top of the
league each week. They took
five points while Murray's
Marauders only took two.
Bowling great games for the
Wannabees were Steve Steep
241,210-610; Brian Barry 222;
Pat Ryan 173 and Sandra Klaver
208. Deb Bedard's 174; Erich
Matzold's 582 triple and Todd
Doig's 192 were high scores for
the Marauders.

with 214-516 paced the Loons:
The Jays moved into third place
with a 7-0 victory over the Eagles.
Murray Bennewies led the Jays
with. 248,281,283-812 and Martin
Andreassi 240-598. For the Eagles
it was George Love 203,266-660
and Betty Johnston 255-542.
