PUBLIC NOTICE
PROPOSED PUBLIC ROAD NAME CHANGES
SECTION 210 (111) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990
NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the Township of Hibbert intends to
pass a by-law to name public roads which may not have been previously
named, and to change the name of public roads which may have been
previously named. .
The public road naming, or change of name is intended to facilitate the County-
wide municipal addressing system which is required to be in place prior to the
implementation of the '9.1-1' emergency response system for ambulance, fire
and police services throughout the County. In addition, the municipal addressing
system will facilitate the delivery of goods and services (i.e. mail, courier, school
buses, etc.).
The proposed public road naming system is composed of Lines (east -west
oriented roadways) and Roads (north -south oriented roadways). Unes in rural
area will be numbered south to north, starting at 1 on the south boundary of the
County (ie. Line 1). Roads in the rural areas will be numbered east to west,
starting at 101 on the east boundary of the County (e.g. Road 101). Roadways
in buitt-up areas (i.e. hamlets) will be given local names (e.g. Main Street).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION relating to the proposed naming/renaming of
public roads is available for Inspection at the municipal office or the County of
Perth Planning and Development Office (Telephone (519) 273-3511).

AUBIN, Mrs. Helen Elizabeth of 63
East William St. Seaforth passed away
September 28, 1994 at Seaforth
Community Hospital. She was 71. She
was a member of St. James Roman
Catholic Church and a 40 year member
of St. James CWL. She was a
homemaker. Mrs. Aubin was born in
McKillop Twp. on June 14, 1923 to the
late Thomas Maloney and Teresa
Hickneil. She was predeceased by her
husband Reg in 1984. Loving mother of
one daughter, Mary and Keith Knechtel
of Stratford and two sons, Jerome and
Joann Aubin of Odessa, Texas, and
Joseph Aubin of Seaforth. Beloved
sister of Teresa Bedour of Goderich;
Veronica Overholt of Centralia, and
Loretta Skinn of Kitchener; and 1 sister-
in-law Donna Maloney of Cambridge.
Also survived by grandchildren Michael
and Jason Knechtel and Danny,
Matthew, David and Mary Aubin. Also
predeceased by one brother Frank
Maloney. Visitation was held at the Box
and Smith Funeral Chapel, 47 High St.,
Seaforth on Friday, Sept. 30, 2-4 and 7-
9 with Mass of the Christian Burial on
Saturday, Oct. •1, 1994 at St. James
Roman Catholic Church, Seaforth.
Father Joseph Hardy officiated.
Pallbearers were grandsons Michael
and Jason Knechtel, Thomas Hewitt,
Gary Overholt, Michael Meldinger and
Jim Watson. Interment in St. James
Roman Catholic
Cemetery. As a tribute to
the life of Mrs. Aubin a
tree will be planted in her

Funeral Mass was held from St.
Timothy's Roman Catholic Church, 42
Dawson Road, Orangeville on Monday,
October 3, 1994 at 10:00 a.m. Interment
St. Comileus Cemetery. As expressions
of sympathy donations to the Canadian
Cancer Society or St. Timothy's Building
Fund would be appreciated by the
family. All who knew Mary and loved
her now have a new Angel looking
down on them and the Lord has some

McMichael of Maitland Manor in
Goderich and formerly of Clinton diad alt
Alexandra Marine and General Hospital
in Goderich on Saturday, Sept. 24. He
was 76. Mr. McMichael was born in
McKillop Township on July 5. 1918, to
the late Percy and Orpha (Pickett)
McMichael. He was married to Wilma
Lowrie who predeceased him in 1992.
He is survived by his children, Jack and
Bonnie McMichael of London and
Robert and Pauline McMichael of RR2
Clinton. Mr. McMichael is also survived
by his brothers and sisters, Charles
McMichael of London, Ross McMichael
of Oil City, Hazel (Mrs. Reg Clifford) of
London, Grace (Mrs. Robert Green) of
Wales and Barbara (Mrs. Hartley
Spinney) of Cambray. Also surviving are
his grandchildren, Chris, Amanda and
Brad McMichael of London, and Dan
and Cheryl McMichael of RR2, Clinton.
Along with his wife Wilma, Mr.
McMichael was predeceased by one
grandson, Robert Craig McMichael
(1975). A private family funeral service
was held at the Beattie -Falconer
Funeral Homes in Clinton on Tuesday,
Sept. 27, with Rev. Jack Tweddle of
Wesley -Willis United Church in Clinton
officiating. Interment in Clinton
