Come game time - that's our job. Our duty is to perform. The bottom line is winning. Whether you're myself or anyone else if you keep losing, then they'll make changes. "I look at it as a young team and they look at myself for leadership now whereas I always had a differ- ent role on different teams being a younger guy.
