ness of making these dreams come
true. The Seaforth business, located
at 234 Main Street North, sells and
services spas, above-gretInd and
inground pools. The company also
sells the chemicals and accessories
needed (it has Huron County's
largest supply) as well as pool toys.
Free water testing is just one of
the services the business offers.
The business, which was started
in 1979, has parts for Starite,
Wicor, Jacuzzi and Hayward pumps
and filters, skimmers and inlet
fittings for above and inground
pools.
The business was started by John
and Anne Middegaal.

Middegaal Sports brings
snowmobile, watercraft
service to Seaforth
Local service means not having to
drive three-quarters of an hour to
have a snowmobile or watercraft
services.
Andy and Susan Van Dorp estab-
lished Middegaal Sports at 234
Main Street North in Seaforth in
1993 so people would have that
local service.
"This location was chosen
because of the trail passing beside
the shop, as well as the fact that
this area needed a local Polaris
dealer," said Andy Van Dorp.
"People owning Polaris machines
were driving three quarters of an
hour or more for service and parts."
Middegaal Sports offers sales and
service of new and used Polaris
snowmobiles, new and used
watercraft, parts, clothing and
accessories. The shop also services
all makes of snowmobiles, 4 -wheel-
ers and watercraft.
"During peak season the business
employs up to six persons," says
Andy.
The show room usually displays
one or more watercraft or snowmo-
bile depending on the season.
The local service emphasis guides
the owners of Middegaal Sports.
"Our goal is to help each and
every individual to the best of our
ability."
The firm also sells and stocks
after -market, clothing, parts and
performance and access.
