Ramblers regular season champs
The Ramblers were season's
champions in the Town and
Country Bowling League for the
1993-94 winter season. The
members of the ramblers are
Lloyd Dale, Greta Hoegy, Ruth
Duffy, George Johnston.
The team -to -beat in the playoff
championships were Arie Van
Diepen, Carol Johnston, Ralph
Johnston and Darryl Smith.
The Flying Angels had the
final spot. They were Orville
Storey, Joe Veenstra, Hazel
Beuerman, Sue Stokes and
Sharon Evans.
High averages in the league
were George Johnston (229) and
Lila Storey (175). High singles
were Ralph Johnston (356) and
Carol Johnston (220). High
triples were John Staffen (831)
and Sue Stokes (602). Most
improved were Del Altman (plus
31) and Sheila Brooker (plus
14).
Perfect attendance went to Del
Altman, John Staffen, Bob
Duffy, Wayne Boyd, Lavern
Hoegy, Betty Dale, Reg Dick,
