Home My WebLink AboutThe Huron Expositor, 1994-04-13, Page 55S.D.C.C. raer4 DAVE MCLLWAIN CCM HOCKEY SCHOOL POWER SKATING For ages 6 - 16 will be held at the Seaforth and District Community Centres, beginning in September. All children registered must have passed the beginner figure skating or have at least one year of hockey or ringette. You can register on Wednesday, September 7 or Thursday, September 8, from 7 - -9 pm both nights at the Arena. Professional instruction is given to the children. This is a great way to strengthen your skating skills before the season begins. For more information contact 527-0882. The 2nd Annual Hockey School will be held on August 21-26 and August 28 - September 2 (2-1 week sessions) at the Seaforth and District Community Centres. Dave McLiwain, Scott Driscoll and many other local instructors will guide the players through 2' hours of ice time instruction per day, daily video sessions, rules, fitness and activity sessions. Each participant will receive hot lunches and a Hockey School Sweater. Registration fee will be $265.00 payable to the "Dave McLlwain CCM Hockey School." A deposit of $100.00 must accompany the registration form along with a post- dated cheque of $165.00 for June 1, 1994.
