FISHING
DERBY
FOR
KIDS
Once again Boys and Girls 14
years and under will gather at the
Seaforth Lions Park at the crack of
dawn to fish for the 350 stocked
fish. The derby will be held on
Saturday, April 30, 1994 from 7
a.m. to 1 p.m. Prizes will be
awarded, and refreshments for the
children will be available. A food
booth will also be open for
eve • ne.
DOG
OBEDIENCE
he Seaforth Recreation
Department will again be offering a
Dog Obedience Course for
Beginners. This spring an
Advanced course will also be
offered. These courses will make a
stronger bond between you and
your pet. The course will teach you
how to heel, sit stay your dog,
down stay, about turns, stand stay.
To register for this
program and all programs simply
fill ut the registration form and mail
it to the Recreation Office or Call

The exercise program for ALL
AGES where you are encouraged
to "Work at your own pace", will be
held at Seaforth & District
Community Centres on Tuesday
and Thursday mornings from 8-9
a.m. beginning in April 1994. This
workout will give special emphasis
on stretching, low level aerobics
and care for the back. For the
more active person interested in a
good workout, come to the
Wednesday evening class from 8-9.
p.m., also at the Community
Centres. Registration fee will be
$50.00 for two times a week or
$35.00 for once a week and the
class will be 12 weeks Tong. f
STEP
TRAINING

This exercise program is. fo e
person who .wants a really good
workout. This is the latest form of
exercising and it is a good
conditioning class. Steptraining will
be held on Wednesday evenings a
before Fitness is Fun, from 7-8
p.m. For those energetic
participants, you can stay after
step and enjoy an aerobic workout.
Registration for Step Training is

Council sponsors a weekly Bingo
at the Community Centres every
Monday evening beginning at 7:30
p.m. You must be 18 years of age
to play. Total Prizes are OVER
$2,500 with a Jack Pot of $750.00.
All proceeds raised are for Minor
Sports and Community Projects.
The second Monday of each
month the Jackpot will be
$1,000.00!
