Entertainment Musicians visit local Manor The 'Hosannah Choir' from the Christian Reform Church in Clinton was featured entertainment for the Easter program at Seaforth Manor Nursing Home. These singers and guitar players provided a wonderful cantata of Easter music which delighted one and all! Rev. Cheryl Ann, Alan Rush and members of Egmondville United Church provided Easter Worship service. Special thanks to resident Lloyd Hoggarth and to the St. James C.W.L. for their cash donations which enabled residents to purchase pots of colourful spring tulips for our dining room tables for Easter. The Seaforth Manor Baking Club with the assistance of volunteer Viola Lawson baked banana jam jSeaforth Manor Nursing Home muffins. Thanks go to Viola for her help. This past week residents were treated to a superb afternoon at the 'Happy Citizens Euchre' held at the Seaforth Legion. A very special thank -you to Olave Little for arranging this outing and to all members of the Happy Citizens for their wonderful hospitality. Residents also enjoyed an outing to the Harmony Kings show at the arena last Saturday. This is always a favourite event for Seaforth Manor folks to attend! Weddings BUNNY IN SEAFORTH Melissa Marion, Ashley Marion and Joshua Shea met the Easter Bunny at the Business Improve- ment Association's Easter Egg Hunt April 2. Bamey (below) and a Tiger (at right) were also there. LOGAN - WAIN Todd Logan and Carol Wain were married at the Trinity Anglican Church, Bayfield on April 9, 1994. Conducting the service was the Rev. Stanley Jay. Todd is the son of Joanne Trudgen, of Wallaceburg and Carol is the daughter of Charles and Mary Wain of RR1 Bayfeild. AMN 13. 111$4-17 Happy Citizens play euchre The Seaforth Happy Citizen's club held its regular monthly mooting at The Seaforth Legion on Thursday, April 7. Club members had a very good turn -out as guests the Seniors from Maplewood Manor and the Seaforth Manors were invited to join. A reading was given by Bea Stoll entitled 'Tread Softly,' written by Muriel Overholt. Line of business was mainly on the upcoming Spring Rally in April hosted at Londesboro. A homecoming meeting project in 1995 was discussed. Euchre followed with prizes. There were 11 tables in play: Ladies' high - Minnie Walters from Maplewood ManorLadies' lone hands, Marjory Maloney; Ladies' low, Mary Ryan. Men's high - Lloyd Hoggarth, from Seaforth Manor, Men's lone hands, Ariel Wood and Beatrice Stoll (both playing as a man) tied. Men's low were Annona Crozier (playing as a man) and Bert Walters from Maplewood Manor tied.
