Teach an old'
dog new trick
at classes
Whoever said you can't teach
an old dog new tricks never took
his or her pet to dog obedience
classes in Seaforth. Classes will
begin on Tuesday, April 12 at
7:00 p.m. at the Seaforth and
District Community Centres.
If you don't want to give your
dog a workout at obedience
classes perhaps you would like a
workout yourself. Step training
and aerobics will also begin the
week of April 12: Tuesday and
Thursday mornings for the Aero-
bics, and Wednesday evening
will be Step Training and Aero-
bics. For more information or
registration on the above pro-
grams please call the Recreation
Office at 527-0882.
Also, watch for golf lessons to
begin. Times and dates are to be
confirmed.
The Seaforth Agricultural
Exhibition Building will be the
site for this year's Home and
Garden Show. The popular event
will be held on Wednesday,
April 6 and Thursday, April 7
from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. each
night. This is your chance to
start off your spring shopping
with some bargains.
The Seaforth Senior Games
will start off again this spring
with bowling on Friday, April 8
at the Starlight Lanes. If you are
55 years of age or older, you are
most welcome to come out and
participate. The participation fee
for the Senior Games this year
will be $3 per person. You may
participate in as many games as
you wish for this one low cost.
Watch the Huron Expositor for
weekly listings of all games.
Also, watch next week's paper
for a Targe ad you may cut out
and save for reference. If you
have any questions on the Senior
Games please contact the Recre-
ation Office at 527-0882.
