1
BEUERMAN: in loving memory of our
mother and grandmother, Margaret, who
passed away April 5, 1991.
There is a bridge of memories,
From here to Heaven above,
That keeps you close to us,
It's called the bridge of love.
As time goes by without you,
And days turn into years,
They hold a million memories
And a thousand silent tears.
Just a prayer from ones who loved you,
Just a memory fond and true,
In our hearts you live forever,
For we thought the world of you,
Sadlyitiltited and lovingly remembered
by Bill, Sharon, Ray, Dale, Mike, Val,
Paul, Elaine, Neil, Joan, Glen, Marilyn,
Ron, Betty and nineteen grandchildren.
46-13x1
MCGRATH: In loving memory of
Michael (Mickey) McGrath who was
taken from his family March 26, 1986.
You asked for so little in life,
And suffered more than your share,
Your life was devoted to others,
With love's helping hand and prayer,
The years we had together,
Will be memories our whole life
through,
With heartfelt pride we'll remember,
Being blessed with a husband and
father like you,
The many things you did for us,
In your kind and loving way,
You gave us years of happiness,
No one can take away.
To us you were someone special,
God must have thought so too,
If you had spoken before you deed,
These are the words you would have
replied,
This life for me is truly passed,
1 loved you all till the very last,
Weep not for me but courage take,
And love one another for my sake.
Remembered always with love and
sadly missed by your wife, family and
grandchildren. 46-13x1

Eislers thank
area people for
years of support
continued from front page
Canadian championships. For the
skating establishment, too, it will
be an adjustment: Lloyd Eisler
Jr., the thirty-year-old senior
statesman of Canadian figure
skating, will not be performing.
After years on the amateur
circuit Lloyd's mother jokes,
"He's got a job now."
The father of 'Herb,' Lloyd
Eisler Sr., speaks proudly about
the two figure skaters.
"It will be a long time for
someone to match what they've
done in a short period of time,"
he said. "It's been a long, long \
haul for them."
Mr. Eisler noted that his son
has never been afraid to say
what's on his mind. In fact, he
sometimes speaks out and says
things other skaters were perhaps
scared to say.
The parents of Lloyd Eisler Jr.
say they are gratified to see the
affection Canadians hold for the
figure skating pair. Nowhere is
this more evident than in the
streams of flowers which always
hit the ice after their perform-
ances.
The Eislers also thank the
people of Seaforth and area for
their support.
"I would like to thank the
people of Seaforth and the sur-
rounding townships for all the
support they've given us all the
years Lloyd has been skating,"
said Mr. Eisler. "The whole
town's been good to us."
Eisler and Brasseur were
scheduled to return from Japan
on Monday when they were
expected to arrive in Toronto.
The figure skating duo was
expected to take part in the
Canadian Sports Awards, spon-
sored by the Canadian Sports
Council, on Tuesday.
