Elora came on strong with two early goals against Seaforth. In the second period Scott Henderson flipped Craig Somerville's rebound over the goalie's shoulder. Shortly after, Henderson tied the score when he picked up Ben Murray's pass and, seeing that centerman. J.D. Nolan, was tied up, shot the puck and scored. Henderson, J.D. Nolan, and Scou Van Dooren combined forces to put in the third goal with three minutes left to go in the game. Kincardine held on to the 4-1 score and went on to defeat St. Mary's in their final game. League play continued on Sun. Jan. 9, when Seaforth played Clinton. Seaforth came on stronger in the second but in spite of many scoring opportunities could not find the mark. Clinton scored again. Third period was started with a goal by S. Henderson who picked up the pass from J.D. Nolan but even a strong six man attack in the last minute of play could not net another goal for Seaforth. Clinton won 2-1. F. Glanville 204 O.
