McKillop
says 'No' to
arena site for
water tower
McKillop Township Council is
not in agreement with the
Seaforth PVC's proposal of a
water storage facility to be
located on the Seaforth and
District Community Centres
property. The two reasons for
McKillop's decision are the
distance of the facility to the
arena and the subsequent reduc-
tion of parking space. (Note: The
above proposed water storage
site is just one of three locations
currently being investigated by
B.M. Ross and Associates Ltd. of
Goderich for the Seaforth PUC.
A public meeting will be held
later this winter before any final
decision is made on a location
for the water storage facility).
