The Rolling Stones Tribute Show Performance at The Livery Theatre, June 16 The Rolling Stones Tribute Show has announced that it will be performing at The Livery Theatre in Goderich on June 16, 2017. This group has been per- forming for over ten years and is now going to perform for the first time ever in Goderich. Featuring "Mick Jagger" look-alike Robert Wotherspoon, this is the number one Rolling Stones tribute show in Canada. Guitarist Richard Colgan, a resident of Stratford, and who takes the "Keith Rich- ards" role in the group said, "We are thrilled to be per- forming for the first time in Goderich. Having recently made nearby Stratford my new home town we look forward to bringing our show and the music of the Rolling Stones to venues across Southwest- ern Ontario." And further, "The Rolling Stones are still going strong after all these years and it is a privilege to perform their music. With over 50 years of hits there's a favourite song there for everyone," said Colgan. The group delivers the look, feel, and excitement of a contemporary Rolling Stones concert, and with their costumes and stage personas it is the next best thing to seeing the Rolling Stones. The one thing that all five members share is their life- long love of the Stones music, and it shows in their performance. The uncanny resemblance of their "Mick and Keith" to the real thing only adds to their authenticity. For Rolling Stones fans of all ages this will definitely be a show to catch. When asked what he believes to be the appeal of a tribute show such as theirs, Colgan said, "Many people have been Stones fans since they were teen- agers and bought all those great Stones albums. They now get to relive the experi- ence at a show where they hear and see all their favourite hits from, Ruby Tuesday to Jumping Jack Flash to Brown Sugar per- formed in their own home town:" Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and showtime is 8:06p.m. on June 16 at The Livery Thea- tre, 35 South St., Goderich. Tickets are $30 and are available at the Theatre Box office (Ph. 519-524-6262) and at Ernie King Music, 37 West St., Goderich (Ph. 519-524-4689). goderichsignalstar.com Central Huron Council and Staff would like to thank all volunteers that helped during the Albert Street fire.
