Town of Goderich Administrator Larry McCabe (right) and Director of Operations Chip Wilson (left) boarded the vessel at 11:30pm. Together, they presented Captain Ted Brown with the Top Hat. The vessel left the Goderich Port around 7am on April 6 and therefore the presentation was requested on short notice that evening.
