Our goal with Rainbow Talk is to promote education. Come out for an evening of frank talk, open discus- sions and education. Guest speakers will include members of the LGBTQ community, a public health nurse, a media represent- ative, a parent of an LGBTQ youth, and more. Springing into action Wednesday, April 12, 2017 • Signal : tar 3 OPP drug warrant executed in Goderich (GODERICH, ON) - On Wednesday, April 5, 2017, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crime Unit with the assistance of the West Region. Emergency Response Team (ERT) exe- cuted a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant at a resi- dence located on Raglan Street, in the Town of Goderich, Huron. County, Ontario. As a result of the execu- tion of the search warrant, police seized cocaine and cannabis marihuana. The estimated street value of the seized controlled substances Food drive volunteers Robert McFarlene and Wayne Clausius, springing into action. is $1,975. Police also seized offence related property that con- sisted of drug trafficking par- aphernalia, cash and a pro- hibited weapon (flick knife). The estimated, combined valueof the offence related property is $2,100. A 24 -year-old man from Goderich is charged with Possession for the Pur- poses of Trafficking Cocaine and Marihuana. He is also charged with Possession of a Prohibited Weapon. He remains in custody with a court hearing sched- uled for today at the Ontario Court of Justice - Goderich. A 23 -year-old man from Goderich is. charged with Possession of Marihuana. He has been released from custody.with a court appearance scheduled for May 8, 2017 at the Ontario Court of Justice Goderich.
