The regular season was a learning curve where the Coaching staff zeroed in on the penalty kill for obvious reasons. It was a great comradery trip for all whom were able to make it, and an experi- ence the boys will not forget, the rumbling is how do we get their next year LOL. The team returned to Goderich to finish the sea- son playing Shallow Lake in a best of 3 series for the WOAA championship, the boys fell short and lost 2 games to 1 in a very close 2-0 loss final. I have had the prestigious opportunity to have coached most of these kids since they were 9-10 years old and have made some very good bonds over the years as some will not return next year as Midget players due to age and school commitments. I personally would like to wish these young men the very best in all they strive to be, congratulations on a fine hockey career and keep your sticks on the ice, and don't forget FORECHECK BACK - CHECK PAYCHEQUE.
