He is about 25 lbs. and is three years old. Sweetie appears to be a Westie mix female. She is one year old. Duke is a shy boy that shadows his foster mom, and is afraid of men and children. Sweetie is also afraid of strangers as well as all men and children. Duke and Sweetie lived in Korea in a facility with 1,000 dogs. Duke did not get exposed to normal life until this past summer and came to Canada by plane Dec. 9, 2016 with others rescued from the same facility. Sweetie Lived in a cage her whole life until this past summer. They all do well with their fenced yards at the foster. homes. The one common theme for each of them is that they come alive with other dogs. They trust them and forget they are scared while with their. companions. The ideal home for them has experience with a shy dog, has another dog to be their playmate and compan- ion, has a secure yard to enjoy playtime in, and has very little traffic coming thru the home. They decompress and thrive in a quiet and calm environment. They are fixed, vaccinated, dewormed, micro chipped and Duke had his teeth cleaned and some extrac- tions done to fix his beautiful smile up.
