Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Determine, organize and oversee maintenance and repair of all vehicles in the HGL fleet ▪ Negotiate service agreements with external suppliers and audit invoices to ensure accuracy. • Spec new equipment as required and provide recommendations for purchase. • Oversee that the maintenance records of HGL fleet are accurate and up to date. • Troubleshoot any technical problems with equipment. • Assist in the development of maintenance budget. • Participate in the advancement of an internal maintenance program including facilities, equipment and personnel. Job Requirements: • Strong vehicle systems. technology and troubleshooting skills. • Knowledge of methods, techniques and procedures involved in maintenance repairs and replacements. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Ability to coordinate programs, prepare reports and maintain accurate records. • Excellent interpersonal skills and team orientation. • Superior teambuilding and leadership skills. • Ability to deal with and investigate after hours issues as they arise. • Ability to multi -task in a fast -paced environment.
