The 29th luncheon raises needed funds for programs and services for developmentally challenged adults. The Dave Mounsey Memorial Fund was created in 2009 to honour the dedication that PC Mounsey of the OPP had to his community and to donate life-saving defibrillators to public buildings. Over 63 units are in service, mostly in Huron County.
