E WHEELER, Richard Gary - Passed away peacefully on November 19, 2011 in his 69th year. Lovingly remembered by Georgina & George Knott. Predeceased by his mother Doris, and father William, latterly of Goderich and Orangeville, and brothers Bill and Johnny. Grant served for many years on Goderich Township Council both as a Councillor and as Reeve. He also served on Huron County Council and was Warden of Huron County in 1983.
