The Crabby Joes Atom Rep Sailors have started their sea-
son with mixed results. The team has balanced their Scor-
ing and is led by Bobby M, Caden H, James Z, and Carter
C. As a result of some undisciplined play as of late, Dttiitrii
W, David F, Keltie T, and Brooklyn B have worked extra
hard to kill penalties. Our defence led by Tared D, Josh L,
Josh B and Tyson K have been working extra hard to kill
penalties and to protect the zone. Jacob A our goaltender,
is the main reason why the team is as successful as they
have been. He has stolen at least two games for our team.
The Sailors travel to Aylmer this weekend where they will
participate in their first tournament of the year. Hopefully
the boys will be seen riding the fire truck late Sunday night
with the championship bam

Church on East Street, volun-
teers are busy getting ready to
host the Goderich location for
the Huron County Christmas
Bureau.
For 47 years, the Christmas

the sole purpose of making
sure every child in the county
has a Christmas.
During the three weeks the
Bureau is in operation each
year, there is a flurry of activ-
ity behind the scenes.
Goderich Bureau Managers
Joan Wintec Sharon Creighton
and Moe Nickles said an army
of about 50 volunteers will be
involved directly with the
bureau, be it clearing out the
donation boxes everyday,
sorting incoming donations,
shopping for gifts, clothes and
food and reception. As in
years' past, the Children's Aid
Society is providing phone
line and staff to receive calls
from people needing the
bureau's assistance.
Monetary donations can be
made at the Bureau, however,
non-perishable food, toys,
clothing and Christmas treats
are also in demand..
For hard to buy for teens,
gift cards are a great option
and socks, underwear and
pajamas are always in need.
Next week, December 5-9,
the Bureau is open at Knox for
donations between the hours
of 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. The fol-
lowing week, the Christmas
Bureau is open to families'
appointment&
Families can call toll free
1-800-265-5198 or 519-524-

All calls are confidential and
parents should keep chil-
dren's ages and sizes In mind
while calling.

Last year, the Bureau served
