The proposal to engage in the project and the project itself is subject to the provisions of Aranmental Protection Act Part V O.1 and Ontario Regulation 359/09 (Regulation). This must be distributed in accordance with. section. 15 of the Regulation prior to an application -.ubmitted and assessed for completeness by the Ministry of the Environment. The Goderich Community Economic Revitalization Committee (CERC) is a committee of the Huron Chamber of Com- merce that has been formed to lead in the efforts to help the business community recover in the wake of the effects of the August 21 storm. "CERC understands that long-term recovery involves more than just debris removal and the restoration of hydro and with that in mind we will be working to re- establish a healthy, functioning and vibrant business community that will sustain itself in to the future. Getting the local economy working again is vital to a successful com- munityrecovery'said CERC Chair Michael Nephew.
