Every Fifth Car Sold in Buffalo is
an Overland
(Buffalo Exchange)
"Every fifth par Bold in Buffalo is an
Overland," The conaervative Mr,
Beardsley of the Overland Buffalo Co
is authority for the foregoing state-
ment, end has registration figures at
hand to prove it, Of its type and in.
ita class the Overland is said to be the
most popular car, and this does not
apply to Buffalo alone, but the entire
world..
"There are in this city approximately
2,400 Overland cars, continued Mr
Beardsly, "According to the best
culations and basing our estimatio;. "on
sales for the past six months, - wil
sell at least 1.500 cars durin• e 1917
season, it the factgry is in >`. isition to
make the deliveri ,s.
"Back of this ie
ous demand is
the honest convie on in each buyer's
mind that he is getting the greatest
automobile value offered by any maker
of pupular priced cars. Mare people
believe this of the Overland than of
any other car selling at anywhere near
the price of this car.
"Give the average. buyer greater
value than someone else can give him
and he becomes your customer. Every-
body in the Overland sales department
includingMr. Smith and myself, taxes
great pride and pleasure in selling
Overlands, because each one knows he
is giving the greatest automobile value
for the money. A visitor to the Failhi.
said to me on his return the other day
that if there was as much water going
over the Falls as there are Overlands
going to the Falls, it would be some
place. The more I thought over this
little speech the more I thought how
clever it was. Here was a man com-
paring the enormous quantity of water
going over the Falls to the number of
Overlands he saw in and around the
Falls. You can always judge the
merits of a car by the number sold.
Overland sales here and elsewhere speak
for themselves. You get a real car for
the least money in an Overland and
that is why there are so many on the
streets of Buffalo."
