NV Fitness Conditioning wanted to
help out the Prettiest Town in Canada
and what better way to do that is offer a
special program to get people in shape
and raise money for the Tornado Relief!
It offered a one-week, unlimited boot -
camp program at a discounted price
that also came with a nutrition plan for
the week. NV Fitness Conditioning
offers Fit Body Boot Camp in both
Goderich and Kincardine.
It was a great way to offer a program
to get people in shape, get active and
raise money for the Tornado Relief. The
total amount raised was $1200, which
was actually so surprising. It makes us
all proud we could do something to
help!
Fit I3ody Boot Camp has been popu-
lar and has helped many people get on
their way to a healthier and more active
lifestyle. Sessions are offered in the
mornings at 6AM and in the evenings at
5:30PM to work with people's
schedules.
Rachel Lynn (FBBC Instructor) and
Nadine Vandenlleuvel (Owner/Instruc-
tor) thank those who participated_ and
anyone that is interested in making that
step towards a healthier active you. For
