Goderich :Business
Improvement Area (BIA)
presents its annual outdoor
cinematic event, Moonlight
Movie Madness.
The. show is set to begin
soon after 8 p.m., said SIA
Manager Susan Arm-
strong. The feature film
picks up where Diary of a
Wimpy Kid (2010) leaves
off. Greg Heffley, the kid
who made "wimpy" cool
is back in an all-new fam-
ily comedy based on the
best-selling fcillow-up
novel by Jeff Kinney. As
he begins seventh grade,
Greg and his older brother
- and chief tormentor
Rodrick must deal with
their parents' misguided
attempts to have them
bond.
In the past, moviegoers
have traditionally shown
up early to the event to take
full advantage of additional
treats, including children's
face painting and snack
sales. The same goes in
2011 and local talent
including magician Daniel
Steep and Snippity the
Clown will entertain, while
104.9 the Beach wilt be
onsite offering additional
games, contests and chalk
drawing. Once the giant
inflatable screen goes up
and the sun begins to sink
down, it's movie time.
Moonlight Movie Mad-
ness takes place Friday,
July 22 at the west side of
Courthouse Park. The
event is free of charge.
