Santa shops at the No Tax Event
The Goderich BIA sponsored a No Tax Event for downtown stores on Sunday.
Special events included free wagon rides (top and middle left), and Santa
visiting stores on The Square and handing out candy canes to patrons with
Jenna Wilkinson and Lane Fincher (bottom left).

Montreal Massacre memorial
In memory of the 14 women murdered in Montreal's
I'Ecole Polytechnique on December 6, 1989, men
and women gathered at the Goderich Courthouse
to help bring an end to violence against women. Dr.
Roma Harris, a professor at the University of
Western Ontario (top) gave facts and figures illus-
trating the need for an endto violence againt
women. The Glee's Sisters (above) sang tunes to
keep the audience's spirits high, and piper Gary
Martin provided accompaniment and lead the
march to the the Dedicated Tree for the event.
