STOLL
Peacefully at Seaforth Community Hospital,
on Thalesday, November 17, 2009, Mrs. Beatrice
Stoll of Seaforth in her 85th year. Beloved
wife of the late Edgar Stoll (1985). Loving
mother of John' Stoll of Clinton, Dianne and
Harry Cook of Egmondville, Donna and Don
Fisher of Goderich, Ken and Janette Stoll of
Seaforth, Jim Stoll of Staffa, Joanne and Earl
Ehgoetz of Sebringville, Bill and Sue Stoll of
Kippen, Nancy and Steve Gordon of
Peterborough, and Dave Stoll. Cherished
grandmother of 15
grandchildren,
and

1
great-grandchildren. Also survived by one
sister Helen Williams, and sisters-in-law Irene
Clark, Helen Jewell and Mary Johnson.
Predeceased by daughter-in-law Mary,
granddaughter Jodie Gordon and by her parents
John and Hattie Johnston, one sister, one
brother and four brothers-in-law. Friends were
received at the Box & Smith Funeral Chapel,
47 High St., Seaforth on Thursday from 2-4
and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service was held at
Egmondville United Church, Egmondville on
Friday, November 20, 2009 at 11 o'clock.
Pastor Stephen Hildebrand and Rev. Mary
Beth Wilson officiated. Pallbearers were Bill
Stoll, Ken Stoll, Jim Stoll, Gary Elliott, Mike
Stoll and Brian Fisher. Flowerbearers were
Ben Stoll and Clint Ehgoetz. Interment
Colborne Cemetery. As expressions of
sympathy memorial donations to the charity of
one's choice would be
greatly appreciated.

away at
Kincardine
Hospital on
Wednesday,
November 18,
2009 in her 85th
year. She was born in
London, England on
January 22' 1925 to the late William and
Rosemary (Hillman) Roots. Dear mother of
Donald (Janet) Paquette of Kincardine, Terry
(June) Paquette of Ripley, Jim Paquette of
Lucan, Janice (Robin) Matchett of
Kincardine and Philip (Cathy) Paquette of
Bayfield. Also greatly missed by 12 grand-
children: Shawn (Cherie) Paquette of
Cambridge, Angela (Larry) Jones of Lucan,
Kerri-Lynn (Keith) Pollock of Ripley,
Michelle (Dave) Elliott of Ripley, Suzanne
(Steve) Nicholson of Ripley, Katelyn and
Andrew Paquette, both of Lucan, Andrea
and Jeff Matchett, both of Kincardine,
Adrienne Paquette (Mike James) of London
and Carlie and Lindsay Paquette, both of
Bayfield. Great-grandmother of Mathew,
Amanda, Madison, Parker, Kennydi, Kailey
and Gavin. Predeceased by brother Terry
Roots. Barbara will be remembered as a lov-
ing mother, grandmother and great- grand-
mother whose main concern was the wellbe-
ing of her family. She was a life member of
the Ripley Legion Auxiliary and enjoyed the
camaraderie of all the members. The family
would like to thank the nursing staff at the
Kincardine Hospital Palliative Care Unit,
and also the staff at R Villa Retirement
Home and Marina Cameron for the compas-
sion and special care they gave Barbara over
the years. Visitation was held from
MacKenzie & McCreath Funeral Home,
Ripley on Friday November 20, 2009 from
2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with a Legion Auxiliary
Service at 6:45 p.m. A Funeral Service was
held from the chapel on Saturday November
21, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Jim Weir
officiating. Interment Ripley Cemetery.
Donations to the Ripley Legion Auxiliary
are greatly appreciated as expressions of

CARPENTER, RONEY LOU
Saturday, November 15, 2009 at his residence
after a lengthy illness. Predeceased by first
wife Ruth (nee Rose). Survived by loving wife
Marj Hall. Devoted father of 10 children, 24
grandchildren and 7 ggreat-randchildren. Also
survived by two brothers and three sisters.
Fondly remembered by long time friend Jack.
As per Roney's wishes cremation has taken
place and interment will be in Winnipeg.
