During the corn harvest season, our Seaforth elevator operates 24 hours per day seven days a week. Seasonal employees will work a minimum of 40 hours per week and will be expected to work weekends and overtime as needed. It is expected that the harvest season will begin the first week in November and last for at least six weeks. Previous experience in a grain elevator would be an asset but it is not a requirement.
