COUSINS
In memory of Aaron "Cuzzy" Cousins, who
passed away October 16, 2005.
Grief be mine, 1 ask you so,
If not for you, I wouldn't know,
How life once was and then be still,
How so precious, that death do steal.
Because that grief, won't go away,
Learn to let it have its way.
The link to love, a precious one,
Is met with grief and still not done.
The days do come, and nights do go,
Grief will stay as time is so.
And so a loved one passes on,
And grief comes in and carries on.
Does grief get better, I will ask,
It's hard to say; while at its task.
There is grief to help us cope,
There is God to give us hope.
Grief will surely go away,
On that glorious heaven's day.
But while it's here, there's just one thing,
Pray our Lord, for peace he'll bring.
We miss you so much, Chris and Janah. -42x
COUSINS
In loving memory of our dear nephew, Aaron,
who left us so suddenly, October 16, 2005.
Every day in some small way,
Memories of you come our way.
Those we love don't go away,
They walk beside us every day,
Unseen, unheard but always near,
Still missed, loved and always dear.
Love you always, Marty and Ruth. 42x

Hello everyone. 1 am sure
by now we are all stuffed with
sacrificial turkey. 1 know our
family has a lot to be thankful
for, and I sure hope you and
your family do too.
Along with the inevitable
cup of tea, I would right off
the bat like to apologize to
Diane Park and her daugh-
ter Dana. Several weeks ago
I was asked to let everyone
know Diane would now be
living on the Glen's Hill Rd.
with Dana and her husband
Murray. The notation was
made in a seldom -used book-
let and simply got overlooked.
I suspect by now most already
know, but for those who may
still be wondering - now you
know. Sorry ladies. I promise
I'll do better next time.
We had a lovely Thanksgiv-
ing family dinner but missed
Tess. Too much food and the
much anticipated crokinole
game made for a great day.
Of course family time is al-
ways the best time. Leah won
most of the prizes, all but one,
which went to Steven. Jeffrey
made the 'hardest shot in all of
crokinole' and won the over
all tournament. Congratula-
tions to all.

ect committee,

A final reminder of John
Hardy's book launch at the
Sallows Gallery in Goderich
on Thursday Oct. 22 at 6:30
and again on Saturday Octo-
ber 24th at 2:00. The Hardy
family lived on Con. 5 in
Colborne Township for many
years beginning with John's
grandparents, Edward and
Eliza and then to John's par-
ents, Wilmer and Evelyn. The
book is a collection of 25 per-
sonal stories about life on the
Hardy farm during those early
days. John's grandfather was
a favorite subject of Reuben
Sallows and it is my under-
standing that the Gallery will
be highlighting those photo-
graphs during the launch.
Happy Anniversary to sis-
ter Crystal and husband Terry
Crowley.
Recently in euchre: Tom
Young had 73 while John
Andrew and Lorne Howe

That's it for another fort-
night folks. Give me a call
at 519-529-7820 or email me
at wdbauer@ hurontel.on.ca
I'll see you all then and keep
smiling.

latest news and events with
the community. September
is a busy month and we were
fortunate to come together
many times as a school to
celebrate. We acknowledged
the academic achievements
of numerous students at our
`Awards of Excellence' as-
sembly, learned about kind-
ness and compassion, danced
ur- 't storm, and welcomed
new Grade 9 students to
tiie school.
During Eagle's Spirit
Week, the annual Walk-
a-Thon was held and we
raised a total over $9, 000!
The goal this year was to
give back to the community
so accordingly, the money
will be divided between the
Local Food Bank and Huron
Addictions Services. In ad-
dition, picnic tables will be
purchased for extra court-
yard seating. Many more
events are anticipated for
October, so keep reading to
learn more about our soar-
ing Eagles!
