Sallows Gallery The Reuben R. Sallows Gallery in Goderich will be hosting Big Fat Cows and Droves of Sheep: Featuring the Barn from September 15 through De- cember. The free exhibit will feature photo- graphs that take a revealing look at the farm animals and rural architecture of the early twentieth century. The exhibit will be open from 12 p.m. until 5 p.m. Featuring the works of Reuben R. Sallows, the gallery has photographs and artifacts from Sal - low's lifetime of photography through- out the early twentieth century. Shawn er KCe/ly Hopkins joyfuly announce their marriage t\,; ; which took place Sept 4/09 at the Benmiller /nn. John Brennan, son of Stephen and Cynthia Brennan, Goderich, and Lindsey Fryett, daughter of James and Marnie Fryett of Elora, Ontario, were united in marriage on August 8, 2009, in an intimate outdoor ceremony by the Maitland River, with Mrs. Sally Walker officiating. Musicians included; violinists Capucine Onn and Amelia Aitken, guitarist Steve Dawe, bassist Anthony Wilson, and Adam Miller on drums. The wedding party proceeded down the aisle to the song "Harvest Moon'; by Neil Young, followed by Lindsey ti4id her father, to music composed by John, especially for his bride. She wore ampire waist, full-length ivory chiffon gown, with sweetheart neckline, trimmed in delicate beading from Montreal's Boutique France B. Pronuptia. Her hair was accented with a feather and jeweled pin, as she carrieda bouquet of lavender roses, ivory spider mums and lime button mums. Maid of Honour was Andrea Fryett, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids included; Christy Cowie, Mayra Tsoi, Blair Richards K., Rebecca St. John and Taylor Teal. The attendants were attired in imperial purple chiffon, knee-length dresses. Little Sequoia KonietsChke, friend of the bride, served as the Flower Girl in a full ivory dress accented with lavender flowers. Wesley Brennan, performed the duties of Best Man for his brother. Groomsmen, in black suits, were; Tomas Matthews, Jason Carpenter, Ticker Mero, David Chan and Paul Leeking. Nephew Landon Yeo, (dressed in the same beige suit as the groom), served as Ring Bearer. Bluewater Catering provided a lovely banquet at the quaint Bayfield Town Hall. John and Lindsey traveled to the Maritime Provinces for their honeymoon. They are residing in Montreal.
